Beginners Coaching
The best age to begin practicing tennis in a more formal manner is at 5 or 6 years of age. When a child reaches this age, they would have naturally developed their psycho motor skills, their coordination and attention, adapting themselves much better to the demands of the game.

Intermediate Coaching
Here a player has achieved improved stroke dependability with directional control on moderate shots. A player comes to this position from the age of 10+. Match Point helps develop their techniques at this stage and lay a strong foundation based on their skill and talent.

Players learn to strategise and excel at competitive tennis. Advanced training is designed with the serious tournament player in mind. ACADEMY RULES/REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

Regarding the admission procedure, kindly contact Admin Dinesh or Coach Siddharth. The fees particulars varies based on training levels. Fees to be paid directly to YMCA through their website - ymcacollege.ac.in.

Half yearly or yearly membership is applicable to all students entering the venue irrespective of what sports they choose to play or practice.

Physical fitness training will also be included in the coaching session.

Coaching fees stipulated is applicable per calendar month basis (viz. 1st to 30th/ 31st) and no prorated reductions are permitted.

No outstation cheques will be accepted.

Continuing trainees will be given first preference for admission.

Coaching fee will not be refunded under any circumstances, Non-adjustable against absence.

Advance Trainees shall attend coaching classes regularly and punctually.

Trainees (including adults) will be required to abide by the instructions given to them by the coaches from time to time. Coaching programme will involve physical fitness, exercise, drill, etc.

Trainees are required to wear proper tennis shoes on the courts. Bermudas / Full Pants / Cross Trousers & Jogging Shoes are not allowed..

Missed session can be compensated within the month of pay.

No change in timings will be entertained unless mentioned by the Trainee in advance.

Trainee will be allowed for two or more continuous sessions in a day depending on the court and trainer/coaches availability.

Parents/Guardians are not allowed on the tennis courts during the Coaching Hours.

It is compulsory for Trainees as a part of coaching School Curriculum, to act as Ball Person, Score Keeper, Lines Person or Umpire for Tournaments Conducted by MPTA as required. Besides it is compulsory for all trainees to watch tournament held at MPTA.
